Our work together begins with an initial consultation, during which time we will uncover how you relate to food and your health. In this conversation, we will uncover your nutrition concerns and examine where you’ve been and where you are now.

In our first meeting, we will get a big picture idea of what we want to accomplish and identify nutrition goals that are of importance to you.

We will work with you to establish strategies to move you toward your goals, clear barriers, and revisit and adjust your goals to lift you higher.

Your accomplishment with weight management, whether you are prepared to change your eating habits, establish a support system, and how you perceive dieting at the moment will determine this.
